What happens during this time:

Our artisans carefully select premium full-grain leather, cut patterns by hand, stitch and assemble using traditional techniques, apply finishing and conditioning treatments, perform quality control inspection, and package your order in our signature heritage box.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Order Processing: Monday – Saturday

Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Morocco time, GMT+1) begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time or on Sundays will begin processing the next business day.

🌍 Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders (outside Morocco), your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority.

Important Information:

Import duties and taxes are not included in our product prices. These government fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are typically collected upon delivery. Aurelian Path has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Refusing to pay customs fees may result in your package being returned or destroyed.

We recommend: Check with your local customs office before ordering to understand potential fees. Use your country's duty calculator available on most customs websites.

Common duty-free thresholds by country:

United States: Under $800

United Kingdom: Under Β£135

European Union: Under €150

Canada: Under CAD $20

Australia: Under AUD $1,000

Customs declaration: All packages are shipped with accurate commercial invoices declaring the true value of goods. We do not mark packages as "gifts" or undervalue items, as this is illegal and may result in seizure of your order.

Every order includes free real-time tracking from our workshop to your door.

How to track your order:

  1. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number
  2. Click the tracking link or visit the carrier website (DHL.com or FedEx.com)
  3. Monitor your package every step of the way

Tracking updates include: Order shipped from Morocco, in transit updates, customs clearance status, out for delivery, and delivered with signature confirmation.

If you do not receive tracking information within 14 business days of placing your order, please contact us immediately.

🏠 Delivery Information

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including:

Full name (as it appears on your ID for customs clearance), street address, building, apartment/unit number, city, state/province, postal code, country, and phone number (required for express delivery).

Delivery options:

Signature required (default for all orders), safe drop/leave at door (contact us to request), hold at carrier location for pickup.

We are not responsible for: Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, packages delivered to the address provided but not received, packages stolen after confirmed delivery, or delays due to customs clearance in your country.

Failed delivery attempts: If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package may be returned to us. In this case, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

All orders are fully insured at no extra cost during transit.

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier. You will receive a full refund or free replacement β€” your choice.
