Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we will offer a full refund or store credit. We cover shipping costs for exchanges due to sizing issues on your first exchange.

Because custom items are made specifically for your order, they cannot be resold.

Craftsmanship Guarantee for Custom Orders: While custom items cannot be returned for change of mind, we guarantee them against manufacturing defects for 6 months from delivery. If a defect appears, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

For Standard Returns (change of mind, sizing):
